This unit is true to the photos. Very comfortable, well-lit, with everything you need in every room. Its location is spectacular! Just a few steps from the beach and also close to downtown. It also has everything you need for the beach. I highly recommend it and we will come back!

I come to Sarasota for business a couple of times a year and ALWAYS try to stay here. I almost hate to write a review because it’s the best kept secret in Sarasota. It’s only about 10 minutes from downtown Sarasota. But the cottage is right across the nearby main street from the public beach. The free Sarasota trolley picks up at the public beach access and can take you all over Sarasota including St Armand’s For shopping and great restaurants like Columbia. At the tip of Lido key there is the park where you can easily rent kayaks on demand. It’s about a perfect location and Airbnb as you can get. Really cute retro mid-century South Florida cottage, safe, near the beach and kayaks and trolley access to all over Sarasota. Just perfect! I often have a meal and drink at the Lido Key Resort nearby and then walk the 100 yards down to the beach to stick my toes in the sand and surf. Thank you to the host. Please never stop offering this unit!

We had a wonderful stay! The studio is super cute, very clean, and the kitchen is well stocked. We loved the location, just a short walk to the beach and about a 15-minute walk or quick bike ride to St. Armands Circle. It was also so helpful to have wagons, beach chairs, and an umbrella available at the unit, so we didn’t have to bring those with us. The outdoor space is beautifully done and very inviting. Thanks for a great stay!

The house was a perfect private getaway with close driving access to SO MANY wonderful beaches and things to do. It was such a blessing to be able to call it our home for our weeklong honeymoon. We couldn’t have selected a more perfect home.

This place was designed for making lasting family memories. It's just a short walk to the beach and comes stocked with beach wagons, chairs, umbrellas, towels, and toys, making beach days effortless. The kitchen is thoughtfully stocked for preparing family meals, but the great local restaurants kept us from doing much cooking. The hosts were very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. The beautiful pool felt private and was so much fun for both kids and adults. With plenty of outdoor space, this is a fantastic place for families looking to relax, play, and spend quality time together.

This is my home away from home. It is close to the beach and no stairs! I love parking at the front door. I have been here three times this year and look forward to coming back. It is always clean, the rooms are neat and the beds and so comfortable. The host also emails me when I check in to see if everything is acceptable. I just love this place!!!

Cozy townhome, with an easy walk to the beach. Nice peaceful pool with ping pong and golf area. Unit was upstairs and has a nice three bedroom set up. It was about a 5 minute walk to the beach, across the street and down the path. The Siesta Key beach is gorgeous with white sugar sand and uncrowded. We really appreciated the beach wagon, chairs, and toys. The unit was well stocked with cooking supplies and utensils. Our family of five had a great stay.

We had an amazing stay! The home looked exactly like the photos and was beautifully maintained. Everything felt exceptionally clean, including the carpets, furniture, bathrooms, towels, and freshly laundered bed linens—details we really appreciate when traveling. The bedrooms were spacious, the beds were very comfortable, and the bathrooms worked perfectly for our family. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, and having a washer and dryer was very convenient. One of our favorite features was the private beach access. The beach was absolutely incredible, and we truly appreciated having beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and a beach cart available at the home. We also want to mention how incredibly responsive and attentive the host was throughout our stay. We had a lot of questions, and the host was always quick to respond and happy to help with everything we needed. We felt completely at home and had a wonderful Siesta Key getaway. We would happily stay here again!

The bungalow was absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean, well-stocked, and incredibly comfortable. The surrounding area was incredibly peaceful, offering numerous amenities to enhance your experience. Beach access was just a stone’s throw away, and the nearby restaurants and shops provided delightful entertainment. The staff and locals were incredibly welcoming, making you feel right at home. Overall, it’s an amazing place for a short getaway or a long, peaceful vacation.

We love staying here. The walking distance to the beach is so convenient. Then there are toys, chairs, etc. that are all available on the patio for us which is great for the kids! The place is always super clean & fully stocked with thew blankets, towels, etc. The host is always very responsive. This was our 2nd time staying & we will return because we know what to expect! Fantastic location. Walked 2 min to get on the beach. Very small hot tub pool on site that we used,, was very clean. Host was very responsive when we needed them. Unit was very clean and bed was comfortable. Issues we had were very petty and not worth talking about. We WILL 100% stay again..

This place is one block from the beach and the sunsets each day were lovely. I needed a quiet beach to retreat to and found this place perfect. I appreciated that it had a small pool to cool off in and that all the beach supplies were provided. It had plenty of space but as a solo traveler I especially enjoyed it.

Our stay in Siesta Key was perfect. This property has the best location to the beach, and all local eateries. It was a family reunion and everything about our stay created long lasting memories for both my family and my husband's. We would stay again. The host kept in contact with us anytime we reached out with inquiries or questions about the local area. He went above and beyond to support our experience during our stay. It's also the only house with all Queen beds a king to accommodate large families easily, and if you don't like going out, but love to cook, the fully stocked kitchen made it easy to spend even more time together. There is plentiful parking--more than any other rental we saw, and gently salted water pool is easy to spend a week in. (Instead of all the chlorine). The best part was the downstairs shed; wagons, pool toys, beach chairs, bikes, kayaks. It kept us very busy! There is plenty to do on property!!The open floor plan was also a bonus for spending time together in the kitchen and living room. We adored the downstairs patio and probably spent most of our time there. Thanks again for this beautiful stay, we look forward to returning here with the entire family again

We had a wonderful stay at Siesta Sweet Spot. The location was one of the best parts of the trip. It was just a short walk to a section of the beach that was never overly crowded, which made it perfect for our group and especially for the kids. We also loved that Siesta Key Village was within walking distance, so we could easily grab dinner, ice cream, or shop without having to drive. The house was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. It felt welcoming and relaxed. It was clean enough that we knew it was well cared for, but not so spotless that we were worried about our kids touching everything or making a little mess. We traveled with four adults and five young children, and the home worked out great for everyone. There was plenty of space to spread out while still having nice areas where we could all spend time together. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and made check in and check out simple. Our family of 5 stayed here and we had a wonderful time. The location was perfect! 2 min walk to the beach and 2 min walk to the bay. We used the kayaks in the bay and also went to Stump Pass Beach where we found parking but were glad to have something walking distance. The onsite pool is on the small side but very enjoyable as no one else was using it. Close to numerous restaurants. We loved that the second bedroom had sleeping spaces for 3 so that we didn’t have to use a sleeper sofa. Everything was very clean and looked new. There were a lot of nice touches that we appreciated, coffee, a few drinks, spices, all the appliances, and labeled remote control holders! The communication with the company was perfect, quick responses, clear instructions, and genuine care for us to enjoy our visit. As someone noted, the kitchen counter is elevated but it was not a problem at all even for a short person. I felt like it was the best place for the price and amenities. Would highly recommend!

We did not want to leave! The beach was a short walk away( not crowded at ALL) , the place had everything you would need (beach toys, chairs, cooler, ice trays in the freezer, plenty of towels, outdoor showers and a hose to rinse the sand off, etc.). The host was very responsive, friendly, and soo accommodating. We cannot wait to come back!

This was our second time back and we had an amazing stay. Everything you could need was made available to us. The beach is just a few minutes away walking and the bay is a couple minutes walking in the other direction. The pool was a great amenity for a break from the beach and the unit also included kayaks for use. My family of 5 was comfortable and felt right at home. This location is peaceful and a true get away from the hustle and bustle. Can’t wait to come back!

What a perfect little beach getaway. The house is clean, bright, cool and the walk to the beach is about 60 seconds. Well worth the price we paid. The hosts are also amazing. Super responsive. I accidentally left my AirPods behind, and their cleaners found them and shipped them back to me. 5 stars!
